Senior Finance Manager

We are looking for one of our clients, La Ecovilla, an experienced Senior Finance Manager. Candidate must be able to relocate to San Jose, Costa Rica. La Ecovilla is dedicated to building eco-friendly communities in Costa Rica. The candidate: an experienced and hands on finance professional, with outstanding English/Spanish and general communication skills, will oversee all financial operations and help drive growth at La Ecovilla.
Passionate about problem solving and improving status-quo by implementing best practices. Very detailed oriented personality and eager to find room for improvement. Must have a deep interest in real estate and be passionate about mission driven companies.
Some of the responsibilities Build the financial systems from the ground up.
Lead all budgeting/forecasting, oversee accounting and reporting. Lead the annual budgeting/planning process; monitor budgets vs. actuals.
Manage risk and compliance policies.
Develop and execute financial strategy to support company growth
Establish scalable accounting policies, processes and controls.
Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement.
Manage cash flow, treasury, and capital investments.
Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations.
Collaborate with CEO and leadership team on strategic plans.
