You will play a pivotal role in the implementation team, working closely with the Practice Director to deliver exceptional results in projects for Supply Chain, Warehouse/Distribution, and Manufacturing companies. Responsibilities: Able to lead walk-throughs and training of all main process areas (O2C, R2R, P2P, D2B, L2Q).
Able to train end users.
Mastery of reporting and analytics (saved searches).
Begin specialization inMfg, WMS, Project Management,SuiteBilling, or other relevant module(s).
Mastery of advanced data conversion (items including lots/serialization, data for specialized areas noted above ex. Projects, Work Orders & Assemblies, and Subscriptions).
Able to run Personalization Sessions under the guidance of the Lead Consultant in 2-3 areas.
Able to customize/update advanced configuration items (ex. Adv PDF, basic workflows).
Manage integration requirements and implementation with development assistance.
Ability to design basic specifications for customizationsand collaborate with development on testing and implementation.
General: Mentorship and assistance to other Consultants.
Accountable for deliverables and timelines in your process area(s) without supervision.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite functional consultant.
Proficiency in NetSuite's core functionality and related modules.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience in supply chain/manufacturing is desirable.
Ability to provide NetSuite assistance and support to new clients and existing clients.
Time Zone: CT or EST
