As we grow fast, we're looking for a Product Designer to join the team who is as excited as we are to help build the customer experience for a large-scale product that provides a wide range of inspection services for known global brands.
Working closely with the team of skilled designers and engineers, you will:
Create scalable solutions for complex problems as well as simple for current needsIndependently analyze system capabilities, relations and technical constraintsDirectly engage with stakeholders to gather design feedback and iterate on mock-upsImprove user experience, validate assumptions, and evaluate design solutionsTake responsibility for deliveries, from concept to development hand-off, and provide subsequent supportPropose forward-looking concepts and/or feasible ideasLearn from diverse functional groups specializing in design, engineering, business analysis, and businessSupport and develop design systems that involve web, iOS, Android and tabletsAdhere to the design process, introduce new practices, and continually seek to improve ways of doing things

Requirements:
3+ years of digital interface visual and interaction design experience in delivering high-volume products, preferably experience with enterprise SaaSExperience and deep knowledge in designing complex applications focused on data, decision-making, and explorationYou're a pragmatic, systematic, user-first thinker and problem solver with a passion for turning complex ideas into something simple, comprehensible, and pleasantAble to understand complex relations, system capabilities and technical nuances.Tightly collaborate with the development team, supporting their needs and adhere to their knowledge and recommendationsYou're organized, efficient and self-directedWith a strong knowledge of visual and technical accessibility and how it affects designsStrong familiarity with web/mobile technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions
