Senior Program Manager: XENTRY Retail Product & test management: Mercedes-Benz Aftersales applications
We are looking for a team leader with a dynamic personality, who has knowledge in developing Aftersales Retail products at Mercedes-Benz to support and enable the worldwide Mercedes-Benz Retail workshop with digital solutions.
Education
Experience
•Working in a Global team, understanding of software lifecycle, test cycle and release management. 
•Major role in Digital Transformation programs
•Developing Data driven Business Cases
•Vehicle Aftersales retail Business and operations
Job Responsibilities
•Responsible for developing and implementing Product development and Validation strategy.
•Drive innovation & develop competence required for new and existing business.
•Data driven insights and business decisions
Project:
•Lead Product development and Validation activities for Retail application
•Ensure quality and timelines of each deliverable in the projects.
•Work out efficient processes and continuous improvement 
Personnel:
•Responsible for People management & career development of the team
•Capacity planning, recruitment, and allocation
•Knowledge and competency build-up
Budget:
•Financial planning for the project
•Optimum utilization of resources including budget to meet expectations of business units.
Qualifications
Education : B.E (any field)
No of Years: 12-20 years
Specific Knowledge: (Skill / Languages etc.)
Proven to be a good "out of the box" thinker and should have contributed to some innovative topics Proven excellence in stakeholder and customer/partner management Proven experience in Business Acquisition and Solutioning for new topics/setup Experience in driving projects/topics using metrics/KPIs – Data driven decisions and steering German Language Skills will be an added Advantage.
