about the role The Sr. PM is an experienced member of the program
• Ensures project/program delivery according to an agreed specification
• Maintain the project/program on time, on budget and within quality standards
• Reports progress and any deviation from initial schedule/budget/quality
• Senior PM or Program Managers support PM teams
• Produces plans for project/programs implementation
• Provides a complete program control
• Keeps risks, issues and changes updated during all project/progrma life cycle

• To provide necessary documentation to the program team members
