As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for our advertising company. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, reconciling and publishing local financial statements in IFRS 16, preparing reports, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making within the organization. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and operations, to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external parties, ensuring compliance with IRFS 16 and accounting standards.Upload P&L, balansheet and its annexes into the group accounting system.Preparation and analysis of intercompany reports of the group.Reconciliation of the local financial statement to IFRS 16.Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts by providing insights, recommendations, and supporting loading information into the group accounting system.Perform variance analysis comparing actual financial results to budgeted and forecasted figures, investigating and explaining significant discrepancies to management.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field.Proven experience (+4 years) in financial analysis, reporting, or similar roles, preferably within the advertising or service industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.Solid understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial regulations.Proficiency in financial modeling, fand Microsoft Excel.
