We are seeking a Senior Web Developer to join our remote team!

Has HIPAA Knowledge
Knows Security Best Practices
Knows development of web services (REST)
Produces detailed specifications
Contributes in all phases of the development lifecycle
Develops and deploys new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
Has passion for best design and coding practices and a desires to develop new bold ideas
Builds reusable code and libraries for future use
Collaborates with other team members and stakeholders
Has a strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds
Has a good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, etc
Has a good understanding of advanced Python libraries and frameworks such as Django, Flask, etc
Has proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
Has familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Grunt and Gulp.js
Has a good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
Can self manage projects

Contribute to reducing the unconscious generation of technical debt
Contribute to reducing the known technical debt
Contribute to reduce cycle time and lead time
Contribute to reducing bug cycle time
Consciously estimate for hours and delivery dates, if the deadlines can\'t be met or the estimation isn\'t accurate from the beginning, communicate to the management
Ensure that more than 85% of your worked hours are logged properly
Have a clear understanding of the scope of the projects and identify potential risks, if something isn\'t clear or is against development best practices, communicate to management
