Job DescriptionTasks: You analyse and prioritize requirements towards a the IT Service Management framework and all its components to ensure a holistic architecture approach for the framework and with that enable an accelerates simplified IT Service Delivery. You ensures the reuse of existing IT solutions, products and servicesAre part of an international team and align the the requirements with different stakeholders (e.g. design team, development team, external service provider)You are responsible for the architecture of the platform and its components and to together with product owner team lead the development of the frameworkYou analyse and evaluate market trends and drive the integration of new technologies into the framework its overall architectureQualificationsProfile: Required knowledge competencies and attributes
