Requirements: Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using SOAP & REST APIs. Design, develop, customize, and administer ITSM suite applications. Understand and implement Case Management, Account Management, and other features of CSM application. Configure Agent Workspace for ITSM and CSM. Customize Service Portal, CMS using widget editor tool, and provide support. Implement CSM and ITSM best practices. Gather Systems Requirements Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Implementation, and Documentation. Develop in ServiceNow from scratch using Agile methods. Integrate with third-party tools like Remedy, OPAS, Boomi, Webservers, etc. Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) based on ITIL best practices. Job Responsibilities: Proficiency in ServiceNow development. Strong understanding of SOAP and REST APIs. Experience with ITSM and CSM applications. Knowledge of ITIL best practices. Ability to gather and analyze system requirements. Integration expertise with third-party tools. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
