JobSummary The Site SolutionsAnalystisresponsible for initial site communication, site requireddocumentcollectionandvalidationand upload withintheproprietary software system passthroughpaymentsandensuring site satisfaction. This position isresponsible for the data interpretationandimplementationof Clinical TrialcontractswithCRO's, clinical sites, andinvestigators. This includes controlandoversightofthe master site list, set-upof site payeedetails, paymentterms, budget, andamendmentof site records; uponreceiptofapplicabledocumentation. The Site SolutionsAnalystisresponsible for site communication throughoutthelifecycleof a projectandensuringallsubmittedpassthroughpaymentshavebeenmadeaccuratelyandtimely. Responsibilities • Providessupport for thestart-up, maintenanceandstudycloseoutphasesofpaymentsservice delivery; • Identifyandcommunicateopportunities for processimprovementtotheimmediate supervisor; • Ensuresthatallcontractrecords are establishedtosupporttimelyandaccuratepaymentsto sites withinthetermsofsignedStatementofWork (SOW) withSponsors; • Works in coordinationwithdesignatedClient Service Lead(s) tosupportachievementofcontractualcommitmentsfromstudyinitiationthroughcloseout; • Maintainsthe master site list for assignedclinicaltrials, ensuringthatall setup documentshavebeenreceived – includingbutnotlimitedtothePaymentIntakeForm (PIF), W9, executed Clinical TrialAgreement (CTA), andAmendments • Posts CTAs, PIFs, W9s, W8s orothercontractrelateddocumentstothe site contractrecord • Set-upinitial CTA visitandreimbursable budgets • Performspaymentprocessingandsupports site customerservice for anassigned set ofSponsor(s) andstudies • Responsible for ownership, opening, monitoringandresolutionof cases and site communications • Ensuresupporttotheclinicaltrial sites isprovidedatIQVIA'slevelsofexcellencethroughtimelyresolutionofissuesthat are raisedthroughemailand/orphonecontact • Ensuresworkis SSAE18 compliantwhereappropriate • Ensurethatallvendorand budget set-ups are peerreviewed for accuracy as definedby SSAE18 policies and procedures • Process site contact (paymentnotification/portal access), PrincipleInvestigator (PI), tax ID, payee, name, addressor banking changerequests in compliance with SSAE18 policies and procedures toensurethatpayments are processedwithaccuracy • Responsible for opening, managingandclosing site administrativetrackers • Responsible for final closeout site communication(s) andensuringallpass-throughpaymentshavebeenreconciledbeforestudy close out • Responsible for thepreparationofprojectspecific status updates, site related, which are providedtotheClient Service Lead prior totheirestablishedSponsorcallsandmaybeaskedtospeaktotheseitemsduringthosediscussions • Responsible for reportingon Site Solutionsspecific (site setups, invoices, customerservice) redlineitems (deliverablesprocessedoutsideofIQVIA'sestablishedacceptableprocessingthresholds) tobereportedduringSponsor Governance Meetings • Acts as anescalation point for open site-specificissues • Other duties as assigned Skills andAbilities • Teamwork - Listensandrespondsconstructivelytootherteammembers' ideas. • Bachelor's Degree Req * Fluency in English ( excluyente) • 1or 2 year's accounting or project finance experience Req Or • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
