This role involves creating engaging content, particularly videos and visuals, for social media platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram Reels. The perfect candidate will be responsible for delivering 2-3 posts per day and creating 2 informative and interesting newsletters per month.
Key Responsibilities: Craft Killer Content Strategies: Tap into what our audience loves and develop creative content around hot topics in the legal industry!
Make Eye-Catching Videos and Visuals: Rollout engaging videos and graphics that might even cover political happenings or upcoming changes in immigration law.
Provide Strategic Direction: Provide creative direction and fresh ideas to keep our clients' content innovative and impactful.
Keep Our Pulse on Social Trends: Always have your finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends and what our audience likes, making sure everything we post is relevant and engaging.
Team Up with Our Clients Marketing Agency: Work seamlessly with the rest of the marketing team to ensure all content fits perfectly with the bigger marketing picture, keeping our brand message on point.
Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a portfolio that includes video production and graphic design.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, with the ability to tailor content to various formats (e.g., Reels, Stories).
Strong communication and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to propose new ideas and directions for content.
Interest and knowledge in topics related to the legal industry, politics, and community engagement are highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, providing leadership and direction rather than just following instructions.
