Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 8 AM - 4 PM EST Key Responsibilities: Video Content Creation: Utilize video editing skills to create engaging reels, TikToks, and shorts from long-form podcasts and webinars, focusing on delivering concise value points.
Social Media Management: Schedule and post content across various platforms using automation tools like Hootsuite, ensuring consistent and impactful brand presence.
Content Calendar Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with marketing objectives and seasonal trends.
Community Engagement: Actively manage community interactions by responding to comments and direct messages, fostering a positive and engaging online community.
Competitor and Hashtag Research: Conduct thorough competitor analysis and hashtag research to stay ahead of industry trends and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on social media metrics, providing insights that guide strategy adjustments and enhance overall performance.
