Disney's stories, characters and experiences reach consumers and guests from every corner of the globe.With operations in more than 40 countries, our employees and cast members work together to create entertainment experiences that are both universally and locally cherished.How you will contribute to our magical experience?:This role will be responsible of productions budgets and for a timely and accurate purchasing procedure for Media Business.The Sr Analyst Production Finance will be responsible for:- Manage, control, and supervise Third Party production companies' budgets, schedules and deliverables.- Provide vendors with all technical specs, clock and credit requirements and advise on all technical and business standard operating guidelines, budget reviews, schedule changes, as well as following delivery payments in time and wrapping up costs.- Generate finance analysis about potential risks based on economics variables.- Actively participate in projects development, providing support to production teams. Assist producers on administrative procedures.- Attend production company site visits and/or other applicable locations with Network Content team.- Foster strong working relationships with each production company and balance the needs of the network content team with them, looking for achieving the highest editorial quality and production value. Use original programming experience to offer suggestions to improve production or postproduction plans on each assigned show/series.- Track and monitor cash flow and production deliverables. Approve payments as milestones are met.- Ensure an efficient purchasing process. Process invoices timely for payment.- Participate to creating and updating an Original Productions rate card, as well as comparison with industry market.- Responsible for weekly reports, including pipeline/visual tracking of OP in LATAM to internal Departments.What we need from you to be part of this story:- Degree in Business Administration, Finance,Accounting or related field.- At least 3 years of experience Financial Planning & Analysis.- Experience in working in production companies / houses.- Advanced level of English is required.- Strong excel knowledge- Experience in SAP is a plus.- Communication skills, Proactivity and flexibility, leadership skill, team player with excellent interpersonal skills, Analysis, problem solving.Additional Information:At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create the memorable experiences, products and services our consumers know and love.
