As Supply Planning Sr. Analyst, your purpose will be to plan and control the supply process of raw materials and packaging materials, in order to ensure compliance with the master production plan and the established inventory levels. Also, you will be responsible of providing support in monitoring and compliance with the production plan.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES Inventory Control and Execution Excellence – Leveraging knowledge of key supply chain drivers to ensure proper inventory management/obsolete treatment.Analyzes supply chain drivers to maximize Case Fill RateCore Planning –Applying knowledge of supply planning processes and tools to ensure proper execution and cross functional communication.Manages the execution of supply plans - Master Production Plan to ensure commercial commitmentsManages the implementation of process improvementsTargets actions and priorities to organizational strategies - Solve Gaps and escalate decisions that affect service or cost.Search for opportunities in the supply chain.Give visibility to the business through Control TowerEscalate issues & action plans for CFR/Cost offenders via Cross Functional meeting. REQUIREMENTS Education: Business Administration or Engineering or similarMinimum with 2 years of experience in Supply Planning Demonstrated ability to analyze all types of data and present results effectivelyProficiency of MS Excel and Power PointProficiency of SAP (desirable)Communication - Strong oral and written communication skillsTeamwork - Balances team and individual responsibilities which fosters group commitments to goals and objectivesPlanning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities, sets goals and objectivesSystemic thinker – Anticipates issues and needs.
