The one thing that's missing? Well… you... Description and Requirements Responsibilities Plan and execute eCommerce merchandising tactics and strategies to achieve the product category sales targets. Optimize product merchandising leading to increased conversion on the site. Drive new product page launches, ensuring data and images accuracy, in coordination with cross-functional teams, WW product teams, and GEO stakeholders. Improve the customer journey for product discoverability and conversion. Identify best sellers, key trends & business priorities to define cross-sell and up-sell tactics. Work closely with the category managers to ensure promo, pricing and stock are accurately displayed on site. Report weekly on merchandising and initiatives results from previous weeks, capturing key metrics and performance indicators, and identify trends and opportunities to maximize conversion. Support and help coordinate other marketing or UX implementation as needed.
