Key role responsibilities: Charge Portfolio management identifying opportunities to elevate premium products, enrich the value proposition and achieve an adequate differentiation between each product line. Travel and peace of mind value proposition management. Lead and maximize relationship with internal central teams and key commercial Partners. Service Units alignment and coordination E2E projects management Business margin protection Portfolio performance tracking and analysis in terms of benefits and service usage, opportunities, and gaps findings Closely work with related areas to identify opportunities and benefits to enrich value proposition to contribute to stimulate spending and improve share of wallet. Understand competitive landscape and translate insights, analytics and market trends into actionable marketing strategies. Super Premium products acquisition experience enhancement Budget optimization and monitoring Minimum Qualifications University Degree or last year´s studies: Marketing, Business Administration or related Marketing Experience with analytical & financial skills Ability to lead multiple projects at the same time with minimum supervision. Proactive, innovative, creative thinking and teamwork skills are very important for this role.
