Description and Requirements This Sales Operations position will support Sales & Business Management Teams in the North America geography. This position reports into NA sales operations organization but is strongly aligned to the segments supported. This is a fast-paced role for someone who has strong data and communication skills.RESPONSIBILITIES- Work with sales leaders to define and align territories and books of accounts within D365 on a consistent basis- Provide data and recommendations for accurate and timely deployment of quarterly sales quotas- Manage maintenance and weekly updates of cadence/BMS materials including progress against targets, waterfalls, pipeline, and other key metrics- Ad Hoc data and reporting in alignment with campaign priorities as required by leadership to drive business outcomes- other projects as identified by management, including data cleanup, additional reporting, automation, etc.Job Requirements:- Detail-oriented with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills- Demonstrated ability to partner with peers, senior management and other functional groups- Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment - balance multiple projects / initiatives- Superior communication skills (English) – oral, written and presentation skills with leadership and peers- Ability to solve problems and think outside the box- Strong relationship building skills – collaborates effectively with others- Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm, and commitment; able to work proactively and autonomously- Superior skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required- Experience working in Qlik would be valuable Additional Locations: * Argentina - Capital Federal - CABA * Argentina * Argentina - Capital Federal * Argentina - Capital Federal - CABA
