Our Data Center Group is currently seeking driven early career talent to join our Global Supply Chain Rotational Program. Multiple positions are available. Your career at Lenovo will begin with immediate engagement in the world of our global technology company. Program duration is approximately two years consisting of four challenging assignments across our supply chain in the areas of Operations, Fulfillment, and Procurement. Upon completion of the rotational program, participants will be placed into a longer-term role within the organization.
You will have the opportunity to:
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing/engineering
• Work on collaborative projects and process-improvements
• Develop a broad base of understanding across the business and supply chain
• Network with like-minded early-career professionals
• Work with managers and mentors to create an individualized development plan
• Gain exposure to executives and key stakeholders across the organization
• Rotate cross-functionally within Lenovo’s Data Center Group
• Travel internationally
Position Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related
• Must be willing to travel globally
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven aptitude for analytical thinking, critical thinking and problem solving
• Ability to work well independently and in a team-setting within a fast-paced environment
• Relevant work experience or internship in supply chain, operations or procurement
• Self-driven and innovative
