Responsibilities and assignments Responsible for partnering with the business to help solve complex organizational challenges, while ensuring we have the right people in the right function, helping us drive results and grow our business Support our Organizational Planning & Analysis agenda Develop organizational planning and analysis services for ABI, including knowledge management and project facilitation Identify potential improvement actions Gain stakeholder alignment on insights and buy-in to organization performance improvement and optimization actions Train and evangelism ABI in Org Design Methodology, concepts, metrics, benchmark Requirements and qualificationsBachelor's degree required. (Human Resource, Business Administration, similar)At least 3 years of experience in similar positionsAdvanced level of EnglishProficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience working with data, PM Systems and Power Bi.
