Strategic Access Manager for Onco-Hematology

General summary:
The role of this function is to support the development and implementation of market access strategies for core products in LA South, working through a harmonious approach mostly with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Health economics and Key Account Managers teams.
Scope of this position: LA South
What will be your responsibilities?
1. You will be the Market Access focal point in Country Value Team (CVT) meetings for specific product(s);
2. Also, you will support the right implementation of health economics and market access strategies for public and private payers, including customer facing activities to demonstrate product(s) value proposition;
3. Supports and participates in the development of educational programs in health economics for internal and external customers, including product(s) value proposition;
4. Defines the needs of health economics data generation aligned with brand strategies and in a collaborative approach with CVT members and also public and private access teams (coordinating its execution with HEMAR);
5. You will oversee (in collaboration with HEMAR) the development of technical dossiers and other technical tools to be worked with payers aiming at supporting the decision-making process;
6. Supports pricing strategy (in collaboration with HEMAR) for in-line/ new products launch and development of pricing dossiers to be submitted to CMED, ensuring cross-functional collaboration with CVT members;
7. Own the collaborate work with Advocacy Groups to contribute to the capabilities development and to better understand the TA’s related to Janssen portfolio.

Qualifications
1. Education Level required: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy, Medical or related areas;
Preferred background: Access, Medical Affairs or Health Economics
2. Required Skills: Critical thinking and business insight skills; Analytical profile, with strong verbal and written communication skills; High personal accountability, enthusiastic with critical thinking and problem solving skills; Productive and efficient in planning and executing work; Strong teammate with initiative who collaborates well with internal / external partners;
3. Advanced English
4. Previous experience in Market Access is required; we are also looking for a professional that demonstrate a strong knowledge on the healthcare system.
5. Location of the role: Belgrano, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
