Among the responsibilities, we expect candidates to be able to:
- Structure and manage delivery of all workstreams related to their module under guidance and supervision from Engagement Managers / Principals
- Structure and manage development of analytical / financial models by Consultants & Associates
- Structure and develop high-quality presentations to communicate insights and recommendations from analysis workstreams
- Manage administrative aspects of mid-sized project delivery, such as time & budget management, day-to-day client communication and management and liaising with finance to aid invoicing & collection
- Participate, on a need basis, in proposal writing and business development activities, under supervision from Engagement Managers / Principals
- Participate proactively in career development of Consultants, Analysts and Associates, and other organization development activities

- A high degree of individual responsibility, within certain time frames, ensuring quality
- Great interpersonal skills to work with team members
- Exceptional research and analytical ability, with strong and creative problem-solving skills, who can provide a think-outside-the-box solution when applicable. This makes our working environment fun!
- Strong proficiency in Office package (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
- Advanced or bilingual command on the English language
- Prior experience in the healthcare/life sciences fields, as well as in all aspects of project management in a consulting/organizational setting
- A highly oriented profile to achieve goals: we acknowledge that consulting is a difficult job, with relatively higher pressure situations than normal and irregular working hours, and expect our team members to recognize this fact and perform accordingly
