Driving change, communications, and campaigns through thought-leader level experience
Managing a portfolio of change initiatives focused on delivering business objectives, managing many initiatives at the same time and aligning to overall firmwide strategy and initiatives
Teaming with Communications, Learning & Development and People team members as well as business leaders and other stakeholders to develop strategic direction of a program, and to develop communications strategies that help drive adoption of our strategy and help drive behavior change; establishing priorities serving a diverse stakeholder group
Helping internal and external stakeholders understand facts, context and messages, working with leaders to drive messaging, and working with the broader Communications
Communicating and writing effectively and with impact, shifting easily from technical or business specifics to effective change vocabulary depending on the intended audience
Exhibiting an individual commitment to continuous improvement through innovation, upskilling and simplification;
Leveraging technology and tools that enable communications and collaboration including Microsoft 365, Google platforms and tools; project and content management systems; data analytics software (Tableau, Alteryx, Adobe Analytics)webcast/meeting/multimedia tools; and digital adoption (Pendo, Walk.me).
