Job Description Detailed responsibilities of the role include:Collect and Organize documents and information from the Turn-overs Presales to Post award for System Integration projects.Support the Project Managers from Order Entry until delivery to the customer process.Engage different Motorola groups and tools in order to support the Project Management to successfully complete the implementation.Work closely with the LACR SW and Video enablement leader in order to maintain alignment with processes for a successful implementation of these projects.Participate in the Purchase of goods and services in Brazil, using the Procurement tools, to be able to execute the telecommunications and video projects. The participation will be from the requisition until the delivery to the customer.Support the PMs to maintain and control the finances of the SW and Video Projects.Participate in PMO activities and initiatives.Basic RequirementsFoster Quality and Customer satisfaction, understand customer focused philosophy.Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in teams.Able to work under pressure and under a short notice environment, ability to work in a fast paced environment.Be compliant with Motorola internal policies and assure project compliance for external/internal mandatory forms and procedures.Bachelor degree. (Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, International Trade or similar careers is a plus). Interest in Procurement, Project Management and Customer service.
