Job Description Detailed responsibilities of the role includes:Collect and Organize documents from the Turn-over Pre to Post awardReview Project Opening Form in order to provide project number and open project in OPM/P6 (Oracle Project Management System) and create project folder in the repository system.During Order Entry process trigger POK, follow up on booking with OM team, create Lots report and check project balance, follow up manual commercial invoices, ERAs/RMAs when needed and trigger OKC approval.Request system invoice for service FOs.Book hours for PMs and Engineers in Oracle Time-Labor (OTL) tool.Participate in PMO activities and initiatives.Provide support to the Project Manager in tasks like:Coordinate booking, procurement, outsourcing and shipping processesFinancial reports and forms of the projectCreate and maintain project in Oracle Primavera P6Consolidate project information and reporting project progress statusCoordinate customer training if required in project scopeInvoicing, billing and closing activitiesPrepare forecasts and Revenue closingsPreparer templates for Strategic Project Reviews.Basic RequirementsSoft Skills:- Ability to handle and manage emergency and high priority situations.- Be compliant with Motorola internal policies and assure project compliance for external/internal mandatory forms and procedures.- Foster Quality and Customer satisfaction, understands customer focused philosophy.- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in teams- Able to work under pressure and under a short notice environment. General Skills:- Fair oral and written skills in English are required.- Graduate or advanced student.
