Talent Engagement Manager

The objective of the position is to lead, coordinate and manage the day-to-day efforts relating to recruiting, qualifying and contracting freelance interpreters and translators to the highest efficiency, productivity and client satisfaction.Responsibilities :Promote and uphold the company culture and industry ethics and standards.Create and manage all interpreter and translator recruitment processes and procedures.Execute, manage and lead the recruitment, qualification and contracting process.Manage the engagement of the talent pool to maximum efficiency.Cultivate strong relationships with the talent.Lead and manage the quality control process to meet the highest standards for quality and compliance.Create, manage and report on KPIs to company leadership.
