The Team Lead is primarily focused on leadership and management, with the mission to guide the team towards achieving organizational goals through strong leadership skills. This role is instrumental in fostering innovation, technical excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement. While the emphasis is on management, the Team Lead also oversees the technical aspects, ensuring the design and implementation of robust and scalable software solutions with high code quality. A critical part of the role involves nurturing a collaborative work environment, promoting professional growth, and aligning the team's efforts with the company's strategic objectives, balancing both management and technical oversight.
Job Duties And Responsibilities: People Management: The Team Lead plays a crucial role in managing and developing team members. This includes coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to foster growth and development.Team Dynamics: Ensuring a healthy team environment and positive dynamics is key. The Team Lead works to create a cohesive, collaborative atmosphere where each member feels valued and motivated.Recruitment and Training: The Team Lead is actively involved in the recruitment process, hiring new team members, and overseeing their onboarding and ongoing training. This responsibility is crucial for maintaining a skilled and adaptable team.Performance Evaluation: Conducting performance reviews is a significant part of this role. The Team Lead supports the career development of team members, helping them set and achieve professional goals.Task Delegation: Effective delegation of tasks and responsibilities within the team is essential. The Team Lead ensures a balanced workload, aligning tasks with team members' strengths and areas for development.Conflict Resolution: Addressing both interpersonal and professional conflicts within the team. The Team Lead is responsible for mediatingdisputes and fostering a harmonious work environment.Technical Competencies: Although the role is management-focused, maintaining a deep understanding of technical aspects is important. The Team Lead should have a solid grasp of technical competencies relevant to the team's projects, providing guidance and oversight when necessary.Collaborative Development and Maintenance: Working closely with the Tech Lead, the Team Lead will co-lead the development and maintenance of products using Microsoft technologies, including C#, SQL Server, NoSQL, Event Grid, Redis, Azure Functions, and Microservice architecture.This collaboration ensures that both leadership and technical perspectives are integrated into the product development process.Code Monitoring and Review: In partnership with the Tech Lead, the Team Lead will monitor and review code to ensure its efficiency and maintainability. This dual oversight ensures that the codebase remains robust and adheres to best practices.Experience And Qualifications: Experience: More than 5 years of experience in a similar leadership position, demonstrating a blend of technical and managerial expertise.Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with .Net Core, C#, and SQL Server.Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, essential for modern software development and team management.Microservice Architecture Development: Experience in developing microservice architectures, demonstrating an understanding of complex system designs.Cloud Application Development: Skills in cloud application development and proficient use of tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, etc.Technical Leadership: Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and conducting code reviews.Fintech Experience: Experience in fintech and electronic means of payment systems.Academic training in systems engineering, computer science or similar.English: B2What We Offer: Competitive salary!
