We seek creative and proactive people, who are willing to join us in the challenges of the area and are committed to providing superior service.Operation Account Payable Team Leader position will be located within the Buenos Aires, Argentina site and have direct supervision and responsibility for having under control the Supplier's payment process and corporate card (TEV, CPC) expense reports, all within the company's policies and market regulations.Main Responsibilities: Manages the day-to-day operations of a team of representatives that handle any/all aspects of supplier's payments, and corporative expenses reports, including inquiries, and problem resolution. Cultivates and maintains on-going customer/colleagues' relationships.Develops and monitors the application of operating systems including policies and procedures, operating structure, and information flow. Ensures the volume of work produced meets service standards and exceeds quality standards. Approves personnel activities concerning hiring, training/development, and evaluation of staff performance. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance or related field is required.Strong oral and written communication skills (Spanish, English)Proven ability to work across a virtual environment.Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skillsTeamwork & Leadership are a must.Knows and complies with Argentina's exchange regulations and laws that are relevant to your own work.Demonstrated experience and/or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Preferred Qualifications: Ability to influence others without direct authority and to challenge the status quo appropriately.Ability to coordinate colleague work, handle multiple tasks and prioritize to meet key deadlines.Ability to build and leverage relationships across teams and markets.Coach, lead and motivate peers, partners, and stakeholders to exceed all goals with high standards of quality expectations and tight deadlines.Proactively handles problems that arise during regular work activities; fixes problems or makes sure they are fixed by someone correctly.Flexibility to adapt and able to manage multiple assignments while working independently.Experience in Project Management and Risk Management with decision-making skills, prioritization skills and a proven ability to manage cross-functional, large/complex initiatives that may have a commercial impact.
