Objectives of the Job: • Overall Vehicle Development – Coach the teams and ensure successful deliveries
Ensure steady growth of business based on a target roadmap.
• Drive Innovation and ensure value-add in all topics as an Extended CoC team.
• Ensure a high level of motivation and satisfaction in the teams – Team development (incl. Career Path)
• Ensure a high level of Stakeholder satisfaction – Both in Germany as well as in the involved markets
Areas of Work: Automotive Interior, Exterior, BiW , Leading the team as a Coach, Focus on Innovation and Value-Adds, Steer based on Metrics and KPIs

Job Description · Drive multiple projects, working cross-functionally with the product, strategic, sourcing & business operations to ensure a smooth and efficient product delivery.
· Good Understanding of vehicle development activities, Vehicle architecture building, Testing and Validation, Homologation etc.
· Manage stakeholders from different cross functional teams while handling multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Drive Monitoring and tracking complex programs effectively by conducting program / gate reviews, clear the road blocks and proactively ensure timely escalation of critical issues to management
· Develop project plans and consolidate these plans to provide business level single view
· Monitor critical path of high impact strategic projects in the emerging mobility domain to ensure no cost overruns, timely project completion and as per agreed scope
· Should exhibit strong leadership traits (leading people/ transgressing change/team building ability)
· Should showcase a good balance of technical and business acumen
· Risk management skills, Problem solving attitude and Conflict Management skills (should be able to work with a CFT of various functions)
· Good verbal & written communication skills with ability to take decisions under ambiguous situations.
German Language Skills will be an added Advantage.
