Description:BD&I is the Amdocs billing platfrom that is used by our client to serve, manage and bill customers on the our Client's network. The platofrm has complex orchestration and caters to Add a line, Upgrade and Nel line transaction across Retail, Care and Web channels.
Requirements:Position is for a Technical Product Manager for a Billing Data & Intelligence engagement.
Should have knowledge of creating stories in Gerkin formatShould have at least 5+ years of experience working as product Manager .Should have deep knowledge of Data analytics and dealing with large data sets.Should be able to analyze technical requirements from business and coorinate across multiple stakeholders to make sure that the deliveries are made on time.Should be able to analyze business requirements and map them.Must be able to work with upstream and downstream team product managers to work on identifying solutions given a business requirementShould be able to create sequence diagrams for API interactionsShould have 5+ years of data development experience.Good to have knowledge of Telecom BSS stack.
Job Responsibilities:Create user stories that cover in details the impact for a given requirementUnderstand all Features and should be able to guide the team on the acceptance of the featureMust be responsible to accept sotries only when all criteria are met and make sure team is adhering to acceptance criteriaShould have good knowledge of data archetecture to be able to guide the team on functional issuesWill be required to collaborate and drive solutions with stakeholdes from upstream and downstream teamsShould have the capabiltiy to assess the LOE required for implementationMust be able to identify risks, depndencies to fulfil a requirementShould be able to track feature completeion with in LOE and timelines.Shold be capable to priortize stories for the team by understand the business priorities.Should have very good commnication skills.Keep product management team updated on the proceedings of the team and bring out delays and risks as early as possibleShould be albe to lead DEMOs on behalf of the teamShould capture NFR – Security and Performance for every feature and map them into sotiresWhat We OfferExciting Projects: Come take your place at the forefront of digital transformation!
