We are looking for an IT/Technical Recruiter to join our amazing team

Technical Requirements: At least 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, connecting, and screening IT candidates.Proficiency in using recruiting and management tools such as LinkedIn, HiringRoom, Google Suite, Asana/Trello…Overall knowledge of a variety of technologies, or an attitude of investigation and curiosity to understand the profiles we are seeking.Intermediate/Advanced English is a plus!Excellent self-administration of time and tasks.Experience working in an Agile environment, participating in daily, weekly, and retrospective meetings.Excellent communication skills with team members and candidates.Already possessing a large network on LinkedIn, with a strong personal brand!Academic background related and/or similar experience in the position. Soft Skills Requirements: Openness to continuous learning, interest in the IT world, or investigating diverse topics. Proactivity and creativity to overcome obstacles (and seek help when needed) and achieve desired results in various ways. Vocation for service, with empathy but also with detachment to avoid getting caught up in difficult situations. Ability to work in a consolidated team. Flexibility and ability to adapt to constant changes. Flexible working hours (results are what matter)
