Position OverviewAttend the repair and maintenance service of ATMs in the shortest possible time, repair, and report and make reports with the purpose of leaving the ATMs in proper operation within the framework of the procedures disclosed by Diebold Nixdorf.

You are responsible for
Keep your stock of tools ready for field trips.
In charge of maintaining your fixed stock of spare parts for your technical visits.
Responsible for the return of spare parts on loan in a timely manner
Personally assist the repair and maintenance requests coordinated with the CGS within the time communicated to the client
Perform the necessary tests at the end of the maintenance or repair service, demonstrating to the customer that the ATM remains operational.
Register in the Diebold Nixdorf mobile information application all the stages of the visit, from the acceptance of the service to the end of the service.
Carry out and attend in a timely manner all the trainings assigned by Diebold.
Mantener inventario de herramientas listo para asistir al servicio.
Encargado de mantener su stock fijo de repuestos para sus visitas técnicas.
Responsable de la devolución de repuestos en préstamo de manera oportuna.
Atender personalmente las solicitudes de reparación y mantenimiento coordinadas con el CGS dentro del tiempo comunicado al cliente.
Realizar las pruebas necesarias al finalizar el servicio de mantenimiento o reparación, demostrando al cliente que el cajero automático permanece operativo.
Registrar en la aplicación de información móvil Diebold Nixdorf todas las etapas de la visita, desde la aceptación del servicio hasta la finalización del mismo.
Realizar y asistir en tiempo y forma a todas las capacitaciones asignadas por Diebold.
Qualifications
Professional or technical profile required ? electronic, electromechanical engineer or related.
Management and / or experience leading others.
Minimum of 3-5 years? of general experience required (specific experience) or experience related with repairing machines.
Intermediate level office management
List of soft skills required: Problem resolution, Machine repair, Service Orientation, Operative administration, Coordination, Active learning and Analytic capacity, high level of communication ability.
Se requiere perfil profesional o técnico: ingeniero electrónico, electromecánico o afín.
Gestión y / o experiencia liderando a otros.
Se requiere un mínimo de 3-5 años de experiencia general (experiencia específica) o experiencia relacionada con la reparación de máquinas.
Gestión de oficinas de nivel intermedio
Listado de habilidades blandas requeridas: Resolución de problemas, Reparación de máquinas, Orientación al servicio, Administración operativa, Coordinación, Aprendizaje activo y Capacidad analítica, Alto nivel de habilidad comunicativa.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 3-5 year of general experience required (on field).
Professional profile - electronic or electromechanical engineer required.
Knowledge in ATMs and related.
