Supervises performance of customs brokers. Ensures smooth execution of operational trade and customs activities within a local unit, including relevant documentation and compliance with regulations.

Your responsibilitiesTransportation and logistics management to import and deliver in a timely manner from the receipt of order requests, analysis of materials and current interventions to the generation of purchase orders in the SAP system and other portals.Foreign purchase process from sending the purchase order to the supplier and follow up of the operations in the spreadsheet, loading of OACK with delivery date.Tracking of purchase orders from purchase, shipment, nationalization and delivery.Import cost analysis.LTCOSEDI request, SEDI and SIMELA follow up and electrical safety.Your backgroundBachelor´s Degree in International Trade.+1 years of experience working in similar position.Knowledge of the import, logistics and customs business in order to anticipate changes and possible business approaches.Knowledge of MS Office and SAP.Advanced level of English.More about usWe look forward to receiving your application (documents submitted in English are appreciated).
