We are searching for the best talent for Trade Marketing Analyst role to be in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
PURPOSE:
The Trade Marketing Analyst position at J&J Vision will support the ARG product manager in the execution of Argentina's Marketing initiatives, focusing 80% on Trade MKT activities and 20% on Consumer MKT activities of Argentina to help achieve the proposed objectives in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the business.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead Trade MKT executions by customer and commercial representative, ensuring ACUVUE brand visibility at the points of sale.
• Main link between suppliers and commercial representatives of the accounts.
• Presentation of Trade MKT initiatives status to marketing and sales areas on a monthly basis
• Fluent contact with the sales team, periodically visiting customers together with sales representatives
• Trade MKT budget management: investments allocation by commercial representative, request and monitoring of purchase orders and billing status of suppliers.
• Ensure the availability of promotional materials for consumers, interacting with the design agency, merchandising providers and the warehouse and distribution center.
• Responsible for the internal approval of promotional & trade materials in Veeva.
• Lead consumer promotions execution (Sets Program)
• Comply with company policies and standards, including Quality, Health Care Compliance, Safe Fleet and Business Conduct Policy.
• Works closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Professional Education & Development Area, Sales, Regulatory Affairs (RA), Health Care Compliance (HCC), Finance, Legal, Business Quality (QA) ) to achieve objectives.
Qualifications
• University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
• Relevant experience in FMCG, Consumer, Medical Device, Pharma companies
• Solid experience in market segmentation, trade MKT and brand visibility in points of sale execution, budget management, sales.
• Minimum: 1-2 years of experience in similar functions.
• Other Studies: knowledge of digital marketing will be valued
• Languages: English language proficiency (B2)
• Management of computer tools: Office Package
Hybrid working model: 3 days a week in the office / 2 days a week at home
