Transport Management Sant Cugat Del Vallès, Es Start From: Immediately

Tasks We are Mercedes-Benz Parts Logisitics Iberica, S.L.U. and we are leading logistics projects at an international level within the Daimler group and, therefore, we are looking for a Transport technician, a professional with 2 years of experience in transport management, preferably with knowledge of sea and/or air transport, who will be part of a dynamic work team.
Your main functions will be:
• Manage all transportation operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of parts.
• You will have direct contact with, approx. 30 suppliers.
• You will do inventory management and support and planning of tenders.
• Traffic planning and various reports.
Qualifications Job Function: Transport management. Provide support and advice on logistical procedures. Have initiative in the improvement of logistics functions.

• University degree in Logistics or Business Administration
• Ability to negotiate in the first stage with the client.
• 2 years of experience as a transport technician.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Expert user of relevant office systems.
• Experience in the logistics sector.
• Fluent in Spanish/English/- German desired.
