Test Integration & Implementation (TII) is a newly formed organization, bringing together Client Testing services and environment support, and User Acceptance Testing under Payments Technology. TII is a key contributor to the wider Payments Stability & Resiliency group. The team will focus on the development of a Payments-wide testing model, to include: Design and management of a Test Product offering to clientsDriving Payment Tech internal & client testing standards for a front-to-back, integrated testing approach within the PDLC/SDLCBuilding and maintenance of lower environments and improved incident managementThe role will require working with stakeholders across the Corporate and Investment Banking, looking to guarantee proper test coverage across the E2E architecture, mainly for Global Platforms. Lateral contacts in business, technology, operations and finance would need to be developed and mined for best practices and for driving outcomes. Job responsibilities The professional on this position will be responsible for: Understanding overall impact for any given initiative that will consist in: code change, operational flow, E2E architecture and unit system testing coverage. Coordinating and formalizing unit testing for Global platforms that have a major impact on any given new implementationManage timeline expectation and constant communication with stakeholders in order to make visible dependencies & needs as well as risks, concerns & blockers Coordinate testing phase: from defining and monitoring test scenario building, to track daily testing with the purpose of guaranteeing a smooth execution for the involved teamsMaintain stakeholders updated in relation to the projects status and next steps. Prepare senior management presentations highlighting progress against milestones, risks, issues, and any barriers requiring escalation.The position will be based in Buenos Aires OfficeRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills Understanding of payments platforms and E2E architecture workflows.Extensive familiarity and experience to lead with people, understanding operational requirements, be able to criticize and suggest solutions aiming to optimize the testing process aligned with the business interests. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to differing audiences in multiple regions, strong communication skills in English to negotiate internal priorities among the project's stakeholders in Latin AmericaStrong Time management and organization skills Familiarity with Agile concepts and project management concepts Partner with Product, Operations, and Technology to identify barriers preventing efficient change deliverablesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in Wholesale Payments Business required (Payments, Collections, Tax) and Automation Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese languagesOutstanding ability to communicate effectively and confidently (oral and written)Strong Organization skills Bachelor's degree in Technology, Economy, Business or related areas - required.Project / Agile Methodology Qualification - preferred.Agile methodology skills - preferred
