Alabama Solutions is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to play a pivotal role in crafting user-centric design solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and user needs Translate client requirements and feedback into innovative design solutions Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design decisions Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to clients and internal stakeholders Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design Requirements 4+ years of relevant work experience as UX/UI Designer 4+ Years of experience working in E-Commerce Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio Figma proficiency Zero-to-One Development Experience Design Thinking approach Customer success-oriented Experience working in a client-facing role Fluency in English is a must Experience Working with US or Canada Clients is a plus!
