This position will also support Retention, Commerce & Product Analytics teams in creating insights through data extraction and analysis in different projects.The right person for this role is passionate about understanding viewers' voice and streaming business, proactive and with an analytical mindset, eager to take their first steps with data.The VX & Retention Analytics Assistant will be responsible for:Working with the VX Team, providing information and insights that helps explain viewer's experience and find improvement opportunities.Support Retention, Commerce & Product Analytics teams extracting data, creating KPIs and developing high quality insights. Build own benchmarks for KPI´s monitoring, expectations alignments and results analysis.Detect risks and flaws to drive solutions, and leverage opportunities to grow.What we need from you to be part of this story:Advance studies or graduate in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, or similar careers.1 year of experience working in similar positions.Skills using SQL tools is desired (Microsoft SQL, Snowflake or similar)Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools is desired (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Experience with statistical programming languages is desired (Python or R)Advanced level of EnglishAdditional Information: At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create the memorable experiences, products and services our consumers know and love.
