What to expect
- Providing exceptional support for existing customers via phone and email
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers in countries assigned
- Proactively calling existing clients to assist on ongoing topics
- Maintain working knowledge of competitors and industry trends
To be successful you need to have
- Fluent command in English
- Good experience in a proactive Customer Service role
- Ability to build remote relationships
- Knowledge and experience of the online gaming/e-commerce industry (would be considered an advantage)
