Requirements:
12+ years' experience in software engineering, software quality assurance, product development or a related technology field.5+ years' experience in technology management demonstrating increasing scope of control and responsibility.4-year degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field of study. Graduate degree preferred.Significant technology experience developing advanced SaaS based products supporting thousands of concurrent users.Prior experience building and scaling software Amazon Web Services.Principal training in leading and executing Agile software development methodologies.A personal, deeply held drive to ship a high-quality software product that is on-spec, on-time, and on-budget.Effectively manage multiple, concurrent development projects of varying priority.Know when to coach, when to lead, and when to reward to build a team culture of technology success and joyful work.Balance the need for processes and control with successfully meeting demanding deadlines and seizing moments of inspiration.Ability to scope software development efforts, allocate resources, and determine project timelines.Successfully delegate responsibilities and deliverables while overseeing successful completion.Ability to communicate effectively, advocate a viewpoint, and persuade othersUpper intermediate or advanced level of English
