The Information System organization of the Groupe DANONE is recruiting a WAN Delivery Analyst part of IT Competency Center.
An IT Competency Center is an organization supporting Danone CBUs and CBSs thru best in class IT services. IT services includes IT operations in various fields such as infrastructure, operating systems, database, network and security.
This position is based in locations where ITCC has a presence and reports to the ITCC UC Service Line Manager with a functional link to the WANext manager.
Some travel is required.
Your mission
The WAN Delivery Analyst mission is to actively contribute to assuring the Global operations and sustainability of WAN services to meet Danone business requirements.
: Manage WAN Service delivery in a Global services team
: Perform the duties of main contact for WAN services in ITCCs and CBS:IT (demand, budgets, service review)
: Manage the global NOC provider relationship
: Primary interface with Service Management function on WAN domain
: Level 2 support on major WAN incidents and crisises
: Vendor management to ensure sustainable and reliable quality of service
: Guarantee necessary reports are available for service management review
: Participate in quality of service committees with WAN providers and NOC provider
: Manage BAU changes and support Project Managers
: Liaise with WAN Analysts on WAN capacity planning and execution
Key competencies required:
: Good network technical skills
: Good understanding of the Unified Communication market and technology trends
: Significant experience on network engineering technologies support (Cisco, WAN, IP routing protocols)
: Experience on project management, leading or being part of a regional/global project team
: Experience on Global/Regional WAN vendors management
: Autonomous, self:driven and results oriented
: Strong communication skills, being part of a Global delivery team
: Ability to work in physically distributed team and drive influence towards shared goals
: Fluent English
