These include communication, learning and development, and product usability initiatives to drive internal and external adoption and engagement with the software products. The Digital Adoption Specialist works with solutions that integrates fully with desktop, web and mobile applications for employee and customer end-users by guiding them through key tasks and providing contextual information as users navigate the product. Responsibilities:Under the direction of the Digital Adoption Documentation Manager, assess needs and use cases for digital adoption project requests, quickly design solutions, measure results, and iterate and improve solutions to drive optimal outcomes.Write content for digital adoption initiatives.Edit content for digital adoption and documentation initiatives.Promote the value of digital adoption technologies throughout the Company.Qualifications and Skills:It is important to have Experience in any Digital Adoption Documentation Tool similar to the Walkme platform.3 - 5 years of experience working in web/FrontEnd development with Javascript, HTML and CSS. Technically proficient with the ability to learn new software (jQuery experience a plus).Direct experience in Walkme platform is a plus.Experience working in a deadline-driven software development environment.Interested and eager to learn new skills, approaches, and technologies.Excellent written and editing skills, Strong team player, Attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Ability to adapt to changes quickly,Creative problem solver.Join our Team and get:Job stability + Competitive Salary in US DollarsWork Monday through Fridays on business hoursWeekends offContinuous Training and mentoringDon´t hesitate, this is your opportunityDo you meet the requirements?
