Web Designer

Description and Requirements POSITION DESCRIPTIONAs a Web Designer, you will apply user-centered design principles to take on complex tasks to assess features, business needs, and prototyping product experiences that promote good design and industry-leading user experiences for our customers.To achieve these goals, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Designers, Developers, and the Leadership Team throughout the design process. We value skills in creating user flows and wireframes to build prototypes and design specifications, as well as presentation skills to advocate and ensure our products surpass expectations.Other tasks performed in the Web Design Team: the creation of promotional campaign graphics, media banners, email marketing pieces, internal comms, etc.To be successful, you must be able to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced agile environment.
