Welder In Germany/Austria With Full Visa Sponsorship

For a leading provider of welding and metal fabrication solutions, we are hiring Welders for permanent on-site jobs in Germany/Austria/Europe. Willingness to relocate to Germany/Austria is required - we provide full visa sponsorship and relocation assistance. Role & responsibilities Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements) Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead) Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety Requirements formal education of at least 2 years or an academic degree in a related field at least 5 years of professional experience as a welder knowledge of welding processes, welding equipment, blueprint reading, materials and metal types, weld joint preparation and inspection Flexibility, independence and assertiveness Systematic, networked way of thinking Strong communication and teamwork skills Target-oriented work under pressure High level of commitment, good motivator and team player Very good command of English Prior knowledge of German is a plus, but not mandatory Willingness to learn German Benefits visa sponsorship if needed 13th + 14th salary every year (in June and December, you get double the payment) attractive compensation based on European market standards at least 5 weeks of paid vacation every year relocation assistance full social benefits such as European health insurance flexible working hours on-the-job training and continuous opportunities for learning and growth
