1. Manage project contracts, be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of various commercial documents involved in the project implementation;
2. Make clear about various contracts of the project, identify commercial milestones of each contract and prepare a payment plan for the project;
3. Attend various commercial negotiations including those on subcontracts, to protect the interests of the company and ensure the rationality and controllability of various commerce clauses in each contract;
4. Monitor commercial milestones during the contract implementation, coordinate and organize relevant resources to achieve various commercial objectives during the project implementation, solve exceptional cases during the contract implementation, e.g. managing compensation claims with respect to the main contract and subcontracts;
5. Guide the Documentation Controller of the Project Team, managing the commercial documents
6. Is responsible for contract management and variation management during execution of main contract and subcontract works, ensure accuracy & integrity of all kinds of commercial documentation, and continually improve the performance of main contract and subcontracts.
7. Understand fully main contract and subcontracts of whole project, prepare payment schedule for engineering of main contract and subcontracts, be responsible for due execution and realization.
8. Participate in business negotiations of main contract and subcontract, protect company's benefit and guarantee it's reasonable and controllable for commerce clauses in contracts.
9. Monitor commerce milestones during contract implementation, coordinate and organize relevant resources to reach all the business targets specified in the contracts.
10. Deal with exceptional issues like claim management, co-ordination and solution of contract disputes.
Qualification & Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunication /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent.
2. 5 years experience in Contract management in Telecommunication industry, previous working experience in big telecommunication operators is preferred.
3. Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
4. Proactive, self-motivated and good communication skills.
