We are an outsourcing company located in Buenos Aires, Argentina managing a long-term sales and logistics project based in the USA. The campaign we are running is for a Transport Broker Company specializing in national and international vehicle moves.
Purpose
All the best teams need good direction it is the Manager’s role to help your team to work together and get the best results.
High performance is key to any business, and a Manager plays a vital role in helping the business run smoothly. The Manager must organizethe team and its workload and make sure performance is kept to a really high standard.
A Manager’s workload involves delegating tasks, monitoring the team's performance, helping their training and development, completing paperwork and handling complaints.
Will work under the direction of and report directly to the Operations Manager.
The Manager’s role is to share knowledge and skills with members and assist other team members with the functions of the team to perform tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
1. Function as a team member and carry out duties and responsibilities assigned to the team.
2. Follow and implement all company’s directives, policies, and procedures.
3. Collect and submit reports specific to team data as requested. Follow, innovate and implement directives aimed at procuring positive reviews of our service online; liaise with Marketing where appropriate.
4. Create weekly team schedules to ensure appropriate coverage of work activities andthat team members have time for breaks, lunches, etc.
Identify, assign, and follow-up on work activities of team members under your supervision and in accordance with the Customer Service and Dispatch policies and procedures
5. Be the 1st stage of contact for team member in case of disputes, conflicts, discrepancies and escalate them accordingly to Organizational Chart.
6. Be an example for all team members on personal conduct, responsibility, punctuality attendance.
Requirements
• At least one years’ experience working in Customer service
• Excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills.
• Patience and empathy while being assertive to create a solution
• Ability to stay calm, cool, and collected when dealing with difficult situations
• Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Efficient keyboard skills.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to situations quickly.
• Good judgment and initiative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Being able to work in a team while being able to work on your own initiative.
• Working papers/visa required for employment.
