Hr Partner Manager

Global Strategy & Consulting (S&C) HR Partner Managers are the single point of contact in HR for S&C people and practice leaders.
Our work requires extensive collaboration and interlock across multiple teams and functions such as: HR Shared Services, Global and Mkt S&C HR Leads/Partners, Talent Strategy, Centers of Expertise, Finance, Performance Achievement, Rewards & Recognition, Recruiting, Inclusion & Diversity, Employee Relations, and Business Operations.
Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted & single POC for employees and leadership
Provide coaching and guidance as a regular part of employee's career experience
Provide support during the entire process of connecting people to projects
Aims to provide a highly inclusive, truly human, Career Experience
Accountable to take issues to closure in the areas of career development, engagement, compensation, training, performance achievement (performance counselling)
Liaise with Employee Relations, Legal and People Mobility to ensure compliance with local laws and practices.
Work with business leaders to identify and propose the right talent for development programs.

Drive consistency across leadership needs and processes, while balancing the need for differentiation by business and at the market level where needed
Experience working with Leadership and/or Leadership Matters background
Innovative, creative mindset focused on efficient process operations and continuous process improvement And your skills are: Advanced level ofEnglish (mandatory)
HR or related studies
HRP/HRBP or related experience
Microsoft Office (Power Point & Excel intermediate-advanced)
Experience in delivering HR services; ability to set expectations/negotiate deliverables and deadlines with key stakeholders
Accenture system and Workday reporting knowledge
