Jr. Visual Designer

Description and Requirements POSITION OVERVIEW:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Visual/UI Designer to assist in the design and development of our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall experience. As a Junior Visual/UI Designer, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create compelling designs that align with our brand identity and user needs.KEY RESPONSABILITIES:- Collaborate with the design and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our e-commerce platform.- Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.- Optimize designs for mobile responsiveness and performance.- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in visual and UI design.- Support the implementation of designs by providing assets and specifications to the development team.- Assist in QA testing to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet quality standards.REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, UI/UX Design, or a related field, or currently pursuing relevant coursework or certifications.- Portfolio showcasing design projects, including web and mobile interfaces.- +1 year of design / digital experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Attention to detail (pixel perfect) and a passion for delivering high-quality work.- A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and problem-solving.- A basic understanding of HTML, and CSS is a plus.- Basic knowledge of animation is a plus.- Proactive attitude towards continuous learning.- Written and Oral English Skills (Intermediate).WORKDAY9 to 18hs (mon-fri) WORKPLACENuñez, CABA Additional Locations: * Argentina - Capital Federal - CABA * Argentina * Argentina - Capital Federal * Argentina - Capital Federal - CABA
