Viseven's solutions are represented at major industry events in Barcelona, Philadelphia, London, etc.The rapidly expanding team includes more than 700+ highly-skilled tech- and non-technical experts: front- and back-end developers, BA specialists and managers who create, localize and customize applications at 8 offices: in Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Ternopil (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), New Delhi (India) and Bridgewater (NJ, USA).Role description:We are looking for a proactive and responsible Portfolio Success Manager who will align and organize a cross-functional team of the specific complex project, being the proxy between ?the client team and production teams inside the organization.Responsibilities:Understand the scope of work dedicated to each team member, create a comprehensive collaborative environment for them to share and escalate.Plan, monitor, and control all activities related to all assets/product development and roll-out, enabling a high-level view of a situation.Work in close collaboration with internal production teams to ensure successful execution.Make sure all projects are on track, deliver solutions using the established best practices and in accordance with the agreed SLAs project timelines.Be responsible for monitoring statuses and budget expenditures, escalating any existing issues to the relevant personnel (Account Director).Identify and deal with any potential problems at early stages and provide solutions before the situation becomes critical. ?Keep track of possible risks, establish a plan for their mitigation.Manage communication with key stakeholders.Provide day-to-day monitoring and control of the level of the overall request and their statuses across all portfolios of projects.Required skills and knowledge:2+ years in pharma marketing (or at least product marketing)2 + years of experience in CSM/ Customer Care/ Customer Success/ B2B SalesExperience in working with international clientsKnowledge of main CRM systemsExperience with Jira, Office 365Knowledge of Veeva CRM and SFMCDesigning user interfaces for websites or applicationsProject management skillsFluency in English and SpanishPortuguese would be an advantageAdvanced communication and presentation skillsAbility to handle multitasking productivelyAbility to learn new information and get accustomed to new working tools quicklyGreat team player: proactive, responsible, optimistic, flexible, organized, helpfulTime management and stress resistance skillsWhat we provide:We understand that our team members are essential to making our goals a reality, so we value and empower them to share their vision.
