Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Software Developer who will primarily focus on writing analytical reports on platforms like Metabase, Redash, and Tableau. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in backend/front end technologies, including Snowflake, MySQL, Microsoft SQL, JavaScript, PHP, and Python. Additional front end development experience, particularly with HTML and CSS, is preferred. The candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be a team player, and be willing to collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams. Preferred qualifications include healthcare industry experience or a deep understanding of security and compliance protocols. The candidate should have excellent analytical skills and the ability to seamlessly create reports to provide stakeholders with requested information. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into analytical reports using platforms like Metabase, Redash, and Tableau.Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and data pipelines to support the generation and delivery of analytical reports.Utilize backend technologies such as Snowflake, MySQL, Microsoft SQL, JavaScript, PHP, and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.Apply machine learning techniques to analyze data and generate insights that enhance the quality and depth of the analytical reports.Develop frontend components using HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies to enhance the user experience of analytical reports.Ensure the security and compliance of data by implementing appropriate protocols and best practices.Conduct data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the reports generated.Collaborate with other software developers, to refine reporting requirements, improve data processes, and explore opportunities for leveraging machine learning.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation, data quality, and system performance.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in machine learning and data science, to propose innovative solutions and improvements in reporting capabilities.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
