Assistant Manager International Tax

We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager for the International Tax services team. Working as an Assistant Manager in this team, your responsibilities will include :- Prepare & review workpapers for Earnings and Profits Calculations for CFCs and other foreign entities- Review of international tax filings such as CFCs, and foreign information reporting- Manage client's engagements from start to finish (planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects). Responsible for monitoring engagement budgets and workflow- Lead a team of 5-10 professionals, focusing on their development and performance- Responsible for providing training on International Corporate tax concepts to new hires and coaching tax professionals- Supervise,train, and mentor staff and New Joiners on tax projects.- Proactively think to resolve tax-related issues and recommend improvements- Experience in US Tax systems, such as One Source / OIT and / or Corptax- Emphasize assistance to local Managers and Senior Managers in team management- Proficient in various US tax forms including Form 5471, Form 926, Form 5472, Form 8865, Form 8858, Form 8990, Form 8991, Form 8992, Form 8993, and Form 1118- Assisting team members to prepare for e-file and review of XMLs
